Sleep...

 

Sleeping is right up there with eating...you can't fake it, no one can do it for you.  Schedule it. Switch it up,  if you can't sleep at night then take naps during the day.  Find a way, make a way...your family and the world will thank you.

When Is YOUR Prime TIME?

I usually get my best Ideas in the middle of the night, and then I can't get up in the morning...forever I have put myself down for this, and now I realize that everyone has different PRIME TIME.  Find out the best time of day, find out when you can sleep..Find out when you are most effective and EMBRACE IT.

Stop FIGHTING it!  Embrace the Mess!

I grew up with morning people parents, and I always thought that I couldn't be successful if I couldn't figure out how to LOVE mornings..."The Early Bird Gets the Worm"..."Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise..." Are terms I grew up with...which lead to a lot of me thinking.."WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?"

What if its not right or wrong or good or bad...what if it just is... Embrace when you are up and be effective...then rest when you're down.  It's the worrying about being down that ruins the down... You cant be ON all of the TIME, you need a break, your mind needs a break, your heart needs a break...
